I love smoothies! Above all, when I have them for breakfast and in huge amounts (up to 1L). Not only do they taste super delicious and sweet, they also keep me full for a pretty long time and provide my body with essential vitamins and energy to start my day happily. Smoothies are also great in summer as you drink a lot of water without having to force you to. This helps balance the water you lost at night while sleeping.
The following recipe is one of my favorite smoothies and the combination of banana and orange never bores me. Because of the bananas, the smoothie has this creamy texture and the oranges make it a bit sour but also sweet at the same time. That's why the Bananaranja is so irresistible. And those who want to add a little more flavor can also toss in some berries, (Frozen ones are also great!)

It's difficult to tell how much of each ingredient you need in order to have a fantastic smoothie. It depends on the size and quality of the fruit you use. However, the quantities above should give you a rough guideline. You can always use more or less fruit depending on how hungry you are and if you drink it for breakfast or just a little snack. ☺
When you finished gathering all the ingredients, just toss them into your mixer and blend until it's a homogenous drink without big chunks.
