If you love chocolate, you will adore this vegan shake! It is rich in flavor, creamy, all natural and even pretty healthy!
In parenthesis I listed some options for you if you don’t have the original ingredients. They also work and I guarantee it will taste fantastic as well. However, I think the originals in bold are simply the best!
[If you don't want to consume cacao as it has caffeine-like substances, replace 1 or 2 tablespoons cocoa with carob powder.]
Add your banana, hazelnut milk, cocoa powered and peanut butter into your blender and blend until it's a smooth liquid. Then toss in your cacao nibs and walnut halves and blend for about 3-5 seconds, just so those 2 ingredients won't blend all in. There should still be some crunchy bits.
If you used the correct amounts of all the ingredients, you should have exactly one glass (~ 330 ml).
Prepare your Chocolatasty Shake and then put it into your freezer. I love to use some popsicle molds but if you don’t have any, just use an empty soy-yogurt cup with a stick or spoon. After some hours you’ll have tasty popsicles that are good for your body and your soul!
